Lai Grai & Friends is a boutique shop. All items are styled, photographed, and shipped by Laila of Lai Grai. If you have any questions about your order, please contact Laila if you have any questions regarding your purchase.
Laila takes great care in photographing and editing our product pictures for color accuracy, however, please keep in mind that colors may vary from monitor to monitor.
if you would like your newly purchased skein of handspun yarn wound into a center-pull ball, free of charge, please just leave a message in the "notes to seller" during your PayPal checkout, or send Laila an email! We are happy to provide this service for your knitting/crocheting pleasure.

Lai Grai & Friends accepts PayPal.
PayPal uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
You do not need an account to pay with PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
Lai Grai is based out of NYC- as such, New York City (Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan & Staten Island) residents will be charged 8.875% sales tax automatically through PayPal.
e-check payments through PayPal, checks and money orders will only ship AFTER payment has cleared.
shipping
all packages are shipped with the United States postal service, on TUESDAYS.
domestic packages: ship via first class mail within one week.
domestic packages over 13 oz: ship via priority mail within one week.
international: ship out via first class international mail within one-two weeks.
all items are shipped WITHOUT delivery confirmation nor insurance.
please let us know if you would like delivery confirmation and/or insurance added to your package and Laila will provide you with a revised shipping rate.
if you need your parcel in a hurry, please let us know!
We are glad to arrange special shipment for your special fiber art.
Lai Grai is not responsible for packages lost in the mail.
* shipping prices include packaging materials plus actual cost of shipping.
any shipping overcharges exceeding $2 will be refunded promptly.
refunds & exchanges
shopping online is not easy- you can't try on the knitwear or feel the texture of the fibers*, so you can absolutely return it!
*although, since Laila has to handle the fibers during dyeing, spinning, and knitting- you can be positive that nothing scratchy would ever make it past all those steps & into the shop!!
please contact me if you have any concerns at all and we will work it out.
if a return is in order: please just inform me of your intent, affix proper postage & insurance and mail the item back (in its original unworn/unused condition) within 30 business days for a speedy refund of the full purchase price minus shipping.
